1) I only do digital commissions.
2) I won't start on the commission if it's not fully paid. You can ask to part up the payment, but I won't accept it unless a GOOD reason is given for doing so.
3) The time it takes to finish your commission may vary, especially if there are other commisions on the list before you.
4) I have the right to refuse a commission. (Altought this may rarely happen)
5) Mark yourself that I only accept paypal, if you want to pay with snail-mail a REALLY good reason must be given.
6) Please DM/PM me about commissions. Of course you can comment on one of my posts, but it MAY happen that I miss your message by accident. You can as well mail midnightwolf.938@gmail.com , but it wont be as effective as a DM/PM.
7) The commissioner have full right to ask for work in progress (wip) pictures of their commision.
8) I may only take full refund if the commission is just a sketch! If the commission is worked on further than that, I may only give partial or none refund.
9) Before working further on your commission I will send you a picture of the sketch, please say EVERYTHING you may want to get changed.
10) If you're younger than 18, make sure your patron/parent have agreed to the commission. I'm not responsible if any problems/drama occurs becouse of that.
11) The art done of the commissioners character can be reposted by the rightful owner, but credit for art must be given.
12) I have full right to post pictures of the commission I'm working on, if the commissioner don't want their commission posted, a good reason must be stated.
00) If you've read all the terms, then please follow them. If you happen to not follow these, I may decline or abbandon your commission and give no refund. I may as well use your commission in any way I wish for.
13) After recieving the sketch to be accepted, I must get feedback latest 2 weeks after sending the picture. If not I will dismiss the commission and a refund may be given, if wanted or asked.
14) If the commissioner dissmisses their commission, I will take all right's for the art and can use it for a YCH or other commission if I desire it.
15) Neighter I or the commissioner are allowed to share the private information they get. (Like PayPal, adress, name etc.)
16) The commission may be printed, laminated and mailed, but that will cost $4-6 more, depending on the type of commission. Mark yourself that the colors may happen (not always) to be a bit off as well when printed, that's because I don't own a preofessional printer.
17) If you need a commission compledet by a specific date, notify me at least some days before so I'm aware of it. If the notice is given late it may happen I may not be able to do it in time.
18) Digital commissions will be mailed to you as a PNG, one with colored background and one with transparent background. I will as well mail one with the watermark on.
